During this time your pet's medical and environmental history are reviewed and a thorough physical examination is done.  Costs and recommendations are discussed along with various options for your pet. 

Consultation and physical examination is done by appointment only and has a fee of $171.00.

 We will gladly help you complete pet insurance forms for your reimbursement.  And we advise all pets be covered by pet health insurance.

Other costs are estimated and discussed with you regarding recommendations for treatment, hospitalization and diagnostic procedures. This is done during the consultation. The average appointment requires between 45 and 90 minutes from the time it starts. Most diagnostic procedures require leaving the patient/pet for the afternoon or may require hospitalization.

Normally, discharge time is by arrangement with the attending AVIM veterinarian.  Most discharges occur between 4:00 and 6:00 PM,  Monday thru Friday.

A 50% deposit is required at the time a pet is hospitalized or admitted for tests.

Full payment is due upon discharge of the patient from the hospital.
